Take it easy! We offer half-day, full-day and multi-day rates so it’s easy to keep track of. We understand that spontaneous stops happen and there’s so much to see and do. Spending 4-6 hours riding will give you the best window to enjoy the Eastside Beltline Trail, Piedmont Park and enjoy a stop or two. If you need to extend or shorten your reservation, we are a text or phone call away and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. Discounts/refunds cannot be given for shortened reservations or bikes returned before the end time.

Unfortunately, we currently do not have a storefront to walk into. The best part is that by reserving your bike ahead of time, you can rest easy that the bike(s) we deliver has your name on it - no wasting time waiting, wishing and hoping. Planning is half the fun, so make sure you are booked for at least 24 hours prior to delivery.

We offer a fully-digital reservation platform where you can see availability of our fleet and informative descriptions for picking your best bike. Pick your Rendezvous to meet for pick-up and drop-off. We rely on active communication with you to confirm reservations, offer tips and support and send reminders over text, call and email.
