Part-Time Rental Associate

📍 Location: Intown Atlanta, GA
📅 Seasonal Position: Spring, Summer, Fall
⏳ Hours: Flexible, Part-Time (<20 hours weekly)

Musette Bike Rentals is looking for a reliable and energetic team member to help us provide top-tier service to our customers! We specialize in high-quality bike rentals, offering delivery and pickup throughout Atlanta, and creating joyful riding experiences for locals and visitors alike.

Job Responsibilities:

✅ Bike Rental Delivery & Pickup: Transport bikes to and from customers around the city in a timely and professional manner. Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
✅ Customer Service: Provide friendly, helpful support to customers, ensuring a seamless rental experience. Local knowledge to offer as trusted recommendations to tourists is a plus.
✅ Basic Bike Maintenance: Perform minor checks and adjustments (air, brakes, chain, derailleurs) to keep bikes in great condition.
✅ Operational Support: Assist with organizing inventory, managing bookings, and keeping rental operations running smoothly.
✅ Additional Duties (As Needed): Support with social media content creation and event coordination throughout the year - events like Atlanta Cycling Festival, Atlanta Streets Alive and weekend Pop-Ups.

Who You Are:

✔️ Comfortable driving and navigating around Atlanta.
✔️ Able to lift and transport bikes (approx. 30-50 lbs).
✔️ Friendly, customer-focused, and professional in all interactions.
✔️ Have basic bike maintenance knowledge or a willingness to learn.
✔️ Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
✔️ Passionate about cycling, the city, and creating great experiences for customers.
